What methods of payment do you accept?

Barker and Walker accept Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro*, MasterCard, Solo and American Express.

What currencies do you accept?

Barker and Walker accept payment in Sterling, Euros and US Dollars.

How quickly will I receive my order?

If the goods are in stock we aim to despatch within 2-3 working days however please allow additional time for fulfilment of orders during November and December.

What are your delivery charges?

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes we do, please see International Delivery Charges in Terms and Conditions.

Can I return an item?

Any goods purchased can be returned within fourteen days of delivery. Prior to returning the item you must obtain a Returns Authorisation Code for the return. This can be obtained by sending an email to: returns@barkerandwalker.com.

Please give us the following details:

• The order number
• The product being returned
• The reason for returning the product
• Do you require an exchange or a refund?

Goods must be returned within seven working days of the Returns Authorisation Code being issued otherwise the Returns Authorisation Code will be cancelled.

Once you have received the Returns Authorisation Code together with a Returns Form by return email please complete the form and return your product to us – the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please ensure that you send returned goods by recorded or registered post as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post.

Will I receive a full refund for goods returned?

Goods returned for a refund (unless faulty) will be subject to the deduction of carriage.

Goods returned for exchange (unless faulty) will be subject to additional delivery charges.

Faulty goods returned will be refunded in full if a replacement product is not requested.
